On the 13th August 2013 my credit card was swallowed by the ATM before I could even put my pin in. I Immediately reported it to ABSA and was told the card would be available within 7 working days. On the 27th August I got an SMS telling me I could collect it at my Branch (Mall@Reds) only to find that when I got there and stood in a queue that it was still in transit. Well it is now the 6th of September 2013 and guess what.
NO CARD. I was phoned twice and told them same thing.(IN TRANSIT) I queried yesterday and was told it is in transit.and it would be followed up and I would be given feedback. Well it's 15h00 Friday and... NO FEEDBACK
