Divorce order payment

Good day. My application and all the documents needed for my divorce order were received by alexander forbes on the 09th of April 2013, they told me that Payment will be made on 21st of May 2013. But NO payment yet on the 18th of June. Everytime I phone they can't really tell me what's going on. Only that my tax number doesnt work. BUT at my job the bookkeeper submitted my IT3 form with the number that I gave Alexander forbes. So I cant understand why they have this problem. I want this solved and I want my money by Friday, because this is really unacceptable. Things can't go on like this.
