Incorrect package activated and no refund received

On 20/06/2013 I obtained data contract from cell c at mall@reds with myzone router and 2gb data for R150 a month. On 15/07/2013 an amount of R441.18 was deducted from my account for cell nr 074 502 1341, acc nr 125276839 which was not the amount as per the contract.
On enquiry at the cell c branch at mall@reds with ruan it was found that the wrong contract was activated by the cellc call centre.
A dealership cancellation of the contract was done by ruan at mall@reds and a new contract was activated as from 01/08/2013 under a new nr which starts with 061 i think.
Several enquiries was logged by the cell c branch at mall @ reds, last with a linton, the ref started with 302 (can not remember the rest.) which was late in July.
Up to now I have not received any feedback and no refund was made to me as yet with regards to the R441.18 which was deducted incorrectly.

I went to the cell c branch again today (16/08/2013) and logged another enquiry. Enquiry number 3081602881

Can I have some assistance please as this has been going on for more than 2 weeks now with no feedback from any of my enquiries. I will also add this to hello peter.
