25% hike in Premuims, promise to call back fail

PPS advised me that they are increasing my insurance premiums by 25%. This, after I have been a loyal client for 7 years without ANY claims!

When I called the call centre, a lady called Pumzi advised that she would escalate the matter to their retentions department and get back to me - she never did. After a week or so, I phoned again and spoke to Sheldon and he tried to pass the buck back to Pumzi (after 10 minutes on the call). I insisted that he should assist me, as I did not want to work with Pumzi again (broken promises). He agreed and said he would give me feedback as soon as possible.

To date, I have not heard anything from Pumzi, Sheldon or anyone at PPS insurance.
