MiWay is being unreasonable!!!

I have been a Loyal Client (always paying my installments / updating my details / regularly liasing and updating my policy / insuring multiple vehicles / and even agreeing to Value added services) for just Under 3 YEARS. A few months ago I had agreed to add a SCRATCH AND DENT Value added service to my policy. Unfortunately a few weeks ago I scratched my mirror and a panel beneath one of my vehicles and Called where they Referred me to the department that deals with this VAS product. I spoke to someone within this department and they recommended me to a Panel Inspection Workshop (which they chose) for inspection and to get a quote. I had this done and the Quote came back costing just over R3700. I forwarded them the Quote and spoke to a representative who said I cannot claim for more than the Budgeted amount of R3500.00 - I however insisted i don't mind paying the excess or the rest of it. All this representative then said is she is sorry she cannot help me. Yesterday i Called and spoke to a Miway Rep called Jody who advised that Patience in the Claims department will assist me. She however still has not returned my Calls. I'm seriously considering going to another insurance company
