Lack of Service

We had an accident a fewe months ago, we reported the accident and then no one came back with any feedback..after two weeks we contacted them with for any news on what happening now..firstly they said they would call us back and again we waited for numerous days until we contacted them again. Then they said the car couldn't be paid out for because we were under debt review but when we applied the consultant didn't tell us anything about that and in which case we wouldn't have taken the insurance then. so they had to go back on the recording calls and after that the consultant was fired because of a lack of knowledge about their system policies. Then after a while we were informed that the car will be paid out retail value, we asked our contact (Sheldon) if he could call us with any documentation to confirm the payment and so on, we waited for almost 3 months for him to let us know of anything and told us he'll cal us back in an houer but after almost two weeks again we had to call him or he was never in the office. Can't believe the service we got, they don't follow up on anything and only make promises. Sheldon had to call us numerous times back nver did, and didn't care.
