I have contacted Merchant Services for cancellation of FNB Mini Atm's in two of my outlets, since the ATM's are more out out service than in a working condition. Raymond Stallenberg was supposed to do the cancellation. He phoned me for the terminal ID's for cancellation and I reffered him to my relevant branch managers who can supply him with the accurate info. He could not get hold of them. We tried to phone him back more than four times, but constantly getting voice mail. I have sent him an e-mail and have been waiting for a week and still no response? Tried to contact customer service, but holding on forever on the line. In the meantime I still have to pay for services not rendered? I would appreciate if someone for service department could contact me in order for me to forward them all the correspondence, since this is not the first complaint my company has against mr. Stallenberg.
