DONT GET AN EU PASSPORT CASH CARD

I got confirmation of 04/05/2013 via SMS that my EU PASSPORT Cash Card WAS ACTIVATED. I am now in Ireland moneyless!!! My card which HAS MONEY IN IT has been rejected by The Bank of Ireland, Shops and ATMs. I first phoned the enquiries number on 13/06/2013 and waited 38 minutes to get through. They told me to try again to draw money from a bank. This didn't work. I sat last night - for over an hour - to TRY to get through to the Emergency number and eventually gave up. I now sit WITH NO MONEY IN A STRANGE COUNTRY. Don't get this card and be in the situation I am in.
