NO Service from Cancellation Department!!!

On the 4th of March 2013 i send them an e-mail to advise them of the cancellation of the contract and did not what to renew it. After a month i contacted them and requested feedback on the cancellation. Guess what??? NOTHING at all. They then tell me that i still ow them monies. My contract ended on the 30 April 2013. They the logged a new Complaint for me..HA HA HA .This is a month later and no answer. WHAT a SERVICE?? I send them messages on face book and they say they will forward it to there cancellation department to assist me. Guess What (NOTHING) I have advised them that i'm only available on e-mail. But do you THINK they listen NO!!! they still try and call me. Please get your act together. Please get someone with brains to e-mail me a proper response because I'm really fed up. Please be advised if any monies go off my account this month i will not leave it there i will take this matter further and plaster your name all over the social media as to what type of people you are.
