I became a member of amazing vouchers after a call from Noor, a consultant. He was very convincing and said to go to the site to check out the vouchers. I did that and realised this was going to be useless for me, I then sent a cancellation email to amazing vouchers. I was sent a confirmation receipt of my cancellation request. I was told that a customer services consultant would contact me. I got a call from Noor regarding my cancellation, he then convinced me to try it for a 4 month period at a reduced rate, which I agreed to. After two weeks I realised this service was useless for me. I then sent another mail to say please cancel my membership, I received a reply to say, contact customer service as my membership is already scheduled for cancellation. I did not contact customer services as scheduled for cancellation satisfied me. But, on 25 Oct R150 went off my account. I then sent another mail to cancel. This time the reply said my membership was set to cancel on Dec 2013, which means I have to make payments up until Dec. I have read that people have to pay cancellation fees. Noor should have said me that I would be penalised for early cancellation.
