I was requested to write a letter, the reason for cancellation of the acc which i did and hand delivered on the 27th Feb '13. 7 March '13 i wrote a email to their complaint Department regarding the service received since i followed up from the 4th Mar '13 the status of the cancellation.i received the following response on the 11 Mar '13, ...Built IT has confirmed that the cancellation is in process and should be finalised by the end of the current week. Refunds of the debit orders received will be paid to the bank account once Built IT have returned the funds disbursed to them. 22 Mar '13 i complaint about the loan monies that was paid into my bank account and have'nt received any response.i contact them telephonicaly and was told their cant processed the cancellation cause the letter does not have a stamp and i must go to Built IT and told them to stamp the letter which i think is not my responsibility and their service is unprofessional until know the cancellation is not sorted and all consultants tell me different stories and every week their still deducting payment from my bank acc.incl my bank charges, I highly need help to get this sorted
