ATM SWOLLOWED CARD NOW I HAVE TO RUN AROUND

On Sunday 2 June 2013 I tried to draw cash at the Watefall, Durban ATM. The ATM swollowed my card and did not give me the cash, however I received a sms stating the withdrawal was successful. I immediately called the help line from the ATM. They gave me a ref, advised me that they have blocked the card and that a new card would be ordered for me. Today Tuesday 4 June 2013, I called the business bank division to find out when I will get my new card. I was told it would only be available _ next week Tue. I was then told to phone another number to request the money back. I called the number and I was told that they are off line and I must keep trying to call back.

I think this is absolutely disgusting. A new card should be made available within 24 hours and why should I have to request that my money which I did not get, be given back. In the meantime, until this is resolved I have no access to money???
