Most incompetent team ever!!!

They never hesitate to call when a payment does not reflect or is late but when I asked for feedback and response it was terribly delayed by no excuse even given.

I asked for a detail ledger on my account since I have been paying the account since last year October and haven't even used the thing since but my balance doesn't seem to drop. But still haven't received the detailed ledger. to see what might the problem be!!

Either I missed their fine print about their interest rules or the supply take my money but do not allocate it to my account.

I have never felt more mistreated by anyone like I have been with these people. I will not recommend them to anyone. Rather take a loan at the bank if you want some credit!!!
