Incompetency

After Paying a doctors account, I was still handed over to these people "cause of outstanding account at doctors room". I faxed and mailed the proof of payment to them every month, and requested them to to forward me their bank detail if their is any outstanding amounts due, so I can make the payment. After months of struggling I finally got their bank detail but was held liable for all the cost from the beginning even though I submitted all the documents and emails between us. SO an amount of R80 became almost R500 with all the interest because they didn't do their jobs. This morning again they called, requesting payment for the same thing. Are you guys so incompetent that you can not put money to an account even if the account number is used as reference. Not only did I pay the doctor, I had to pay that same amount again plus interest and now you claiming another R280 for what... Get someone that is competent!!!
