UNBELIEVABLY tenacious, helpful Consultant

I had a particularly complicated and difficult situation with funds between 3 of my accounts: Cheque a/c; Mastercard a/c & Electronic Call a/c. Rose dealt with the problem [and with me] in a most positive and encouraging manner. I believe that anyone else in her situation could have "lost her cool", displayed frustration and generally thrown in the towel. NOT ROSE! She meant to solve the problem and SOLVE IT SHE DID, in the most gracious and efficient manner I have ever experienced. Kudos to Rose! She deserves a medal and acknowledgement for her outstanding service. I have witnessed her dealing with other customers in a likewise manner... nothing is too much trouble for this lady who goes out of her way to assist clients. No incline is too steep for Miss Rosie to climb, and she does it in the most amiable way thrown in for good measure.
