TRUWORTHS ACCOUNT... HELP!!!

I pay my Truworths account on/or before the due date every month and I always ask for the 6 month payment plan (which is interest free). I started to query the fact that it seems as if my account stays sky high. I looked on my statements and noted that they billed me for interest which I can't seem to understand as I ALWAYS choose the 6 month payment plan. Can anyone pleeeeeease tell me where I can get a detailed ledger of all my debits and credits so that I can see what the problem is. I called their Helpline before and the guy (can't remember his name) only sent me the individual monthly statements (which I receive via post as well) and that is not what I asked for!! I want a detailed ledger pertaining all debits and credits.. I am trying to make my monthly payments and settle my account because I want to close it but it just doesn't seem as if I am getting anywhere near it!! HELP
