Promise but don't delive

FNB is quick to open an account for you but when it comes to delivering the service that they promise its a different story. I've always banked with FNB and use all their services. I opened a cheque account with them and applied for a smart phone and left everything for them to do as they promise to move debit orders etc. IT DIDN'T HAPPEN!!! They don't phone back and I have no idea what is going on. I am going to close all my accounts with FNB and move my account to a bank that can deliver what they promise.

A relationship build over years destroyed in two days!!! Weldone FNB!!! You just lost yourself a loyal customer!!! So where is Steve now!!!
