Standard bank ATM: faulty ATM

On 7th July i withdrew R1, 000 from a standard bank ATM in Arcadia, Church Street but shockingly only R500 came out of the ATM! The sms came in (my update) stating a withdrawal amount of R1, 000. I called standard bank and reported this, the consultant told me they would investigate and pay me back in 15 working days. When i followed up Lungi Zikode said she will get back to me because there is something that doesnt make sense on the comments on her screen. Then last week i recieved an sms that my ATM withdrawal claim was unsuccessful. I have been banking with Standard Bank since 2004 when i was a student, this is the first time this has happened and they are refusing to pay me. Why would i after having banked with them for so long! Even if they dont pay me back i just want to expose them that their ATM robbed me and they refuse to pay!! Pls help Pete
