Useless service

I have been waiting for my pension fund to be cashed out for almost 2 months now, i have in the mean time spoken to so many consultants, only to hear that my goods are at the administrators, know why then i get told my tax was cleared then it was cancelled then it updated again, this is now going on for a while and im getting highly impatient the point is this money was deducted from my salary each month and i desparetly need it back now. They do not bother to call me on feedback or even letting me know the process, all that keeps happening is that they stall me and take their damm time to even help and give back that is mine.
