Incompetent Administration & Bad Service

Alexander Forbes does it again!! Not only did my pension withdrawal take 4 months to be transferred to another approved preservation fund at Momentum but they also deducted tax off these funds as though it was being paid out to myself. The withdrawal notification instruction to Alexander Forbes was as clear as daylight to transfer my pension into another approved fund at Momentum. I contacted Alexander Forbes to reimburse this tax and they refuse to do so until SARS pays them back. This clearly is an administration error on their behalf however they expect me to be out of pocket for an indefinite period of time. This is completely unacceptable! This is their error and I want my funds reimbursed immediately. They tried to justify this by telling me that they would pay me the interest however this amount is unclear and I could be earning a lot more if the funds were in my Momentum account! When I asked to speak to a supervisor they informed me that this person was unavailable. SHOCKING SERVICE!
