Transfer of funds

For the past 3 months I am trying to get my pension fund transfered from my old employer to the new employer. people from alexander forbes keeps pushing me back and forth. at first no one wanted to take responsibility until I logged a call with their complaints department. then Kiren was assigned to work on my case but he doesnt give me feedback until I ask what is going on. Now he is on leave, I asked complaints department to give me feedback on this since I've been waiting too long. they asked for my ID number and that was the end of it, no feedback. everytime I have to ask for feedback because no one is interested in helping me. Can someone help me, I heard that this is a one week process from my old employer since they do this all the time and this is the 1st time they have a case like mine. 3 months is a long time and I have lost trust in this company now. Im not even sure that my pension is safe with them. Whoever helps me needs to also give me proof that the funds are transferred to the right fund because I'm scared of loosing all the money I have been saving so long
