Retail retirement fund surplus

I received an sms in August to contact Alexander Forbes regarding the Retail Retirement Fund Surplus, which I duly did. I faxed the completed documents to them on 20 August and made a follow up phone call to ensure that they received it. Since then, more than five months down the line, I have spoken to Tulani, Jaco, Aadiel, Sonya and others whose names I did not record. Each time they say that they haven't received the documents. I resent them twice more, with a follow up call to ensure that they received it. Every time I phone, they say they haven't received it and when I throw my toys out the cot, they appease me by saying that it's been passed through to the administrators for payment. To date... no response, no payment. Ref no. N3991
