Pension fund withdrawal

I am really disappointed by the level at which my pension pay out has been processed. It is now almost 2 months since I resigned from my employment and still waiting for Alexander Forbes to transfer my Pension fund. Everytime I phone their contact centre, I am given excuses as to why the money has not being processed. This is really irritating as I am about to loose a deal which I have invested my time & energy to secure as I don't have the funds to my disposal. Urgent feedback will be highly appreciated as it seems no one can tell me exactly when I will get my money.
