Death Benefit Pension payout delayed for 5 months

For 15 years I have been receiving death benefit pension for my sons. My eldest turned 18 last year and 5 months later I am still not in receipt of a single payment. The delays are insurmountable and ridiculous. There are many mechanical/checking systems in place. Even though ZERO information has changed they managed to delay payment and make it near impossible to meet their criteria. AND once you have met it after months of struggling you are told "oh sorry we only have a payroll once a month". Shocking. This is not a loan applicaiton but a Pension Fund yet to get the money no-one denies is due to you is near impossible.
When Standard Bank themselves handled this fund the absolute maximum turnaround period was 72 hours and you at all times knew what was going on and were kept updated.
