AIG PENSION FUND

I left AIG in JANUARY and up until now (4 months later) still haven't received my pension fund! The fund was switched from Absa to Alexander Forbes and it seems that it takes a year to load stuff!!! I opted for a portion payout of my pension fund and have the rest transferred to my new company. I was retrenched and wasn't even advised of the pension fund move. I booked contractors to do alterations to my property in March thinking I would have the money as it takes bout 6 weeks as I was unaware they changed administrators. Only upon me enquiring where my money is did I hear abt it. I had to pay huge cancellation fees cause I couldn't pay the contractors. I want to know when I am getting my money!!!
