Wanted to cancel stop orde

Dont know if am angry or dissapointed .went to capitec bank on the 4th of june to cancel my stop order i had a R150 stop order that goes to absa bank every saturday i work at sandton the is no capitec bank went there special to do that i even requested the bank statement on the statement i saw Amend S/O fee ia sked the ladie by the name of seiapti she said it means cancelled... the very same week on the 8th june sms notification R150 from my savings account to absa bank the same one that i cancelled on the 4th, went to the branch the very same day spoke to Seipati she gave me attitude saying she did cancel the stop order she doesnt know why it went through she said i must ask her coulegeus to call head office she cant she is busy.waited again 20min was help by Nomqebo she called the head office they said on the system it shows that it was amended not cancelled they even pull out they file.they gave me a refference for that query money will be reversed within 30days.on the 10th june they charged me R90 for reversing that stop order whos faulty is that?
