Stop Orders

Capitec Bank has brought in a new decision that they will no longer reverse or cancel any stop orders by authorization of the account holder. The account holder has to get a letter from the the creditor to allow such stop orders to be effective. there was no 30 notice given as is requested with the new customer protection law.. it is the account holders decision as it is the account holders money. I have a debit order that keeps going off my account and the account has been settled. I have tried on numerous times to sort this out, however they keep debit ingmy account. I am closing my account with Capitec as is my Husband, and go to a bank that allows me to do with my hard earned money as i see fit.
