Today 30/12/2013 I went to Capitec bank to have my stop order amended, firstly there were less than 5 consultants and more than 50 customers, it was chaotic, BAD planning. Secondly the guy gave me 069 QMATIC number, I spent more than 1 hour to be served and on arrival on the counter the consultant told me that they don't amend stop orders. The question was, Why didn't they inform be early? This is a very bad customer service I have ever received in my life time. CAPITEC BACK please spent more money on training your employees on what you're offering your customers!!!
