ACCOUNT IN ARREARS

I bought my car in Feb. 2013 and every month my car instalment is paid via debit order. Last month no debit order - I was aware that STD Bank did not debit my account / car instalment so I thought they would debit my account this month with a double instalment. To my surprise no debit order this month again. Thanks to STD Bank my account is in arrears. Today I phoned STD Bank to try and sort my account - from Car Finance to Legal back to Car Finance - I get transferred from one department to the next and then get put on hold for a few min's and then start all over again - RIDICOLOUS!!! To date I have had no phone calls / sms/ emails to find out why no car instalment / payment. I have now done a payment to STD Bank for 2 months instalment and emailed proof of payment to [Email Removed] - hoping to get this issue resolved ASAP. I will not accept interest charged for 2 months instalment because of incompetentcy from STD Bank.
