I have been receiving the wrong instalment amount since April this year whereby tons of e-mails were sent to try and resolve the matter but nothing has been done to date. Last month I received a statement reflecting my account in arrears while I always made sure that my account was up to date and I always made sure that I paid more than the actual instalment amount. What annoyed me is that my account reflects 30 days behind on ITC while I had paid almost double the instalment amount on my account. I called in and I spoke to Mbali Nkomo who told me that the ITC will be updated after 7 days, I called again after 7 day and the useless Phumza said they can't help me the ITC is not updated on their side and she put the phone down in my ear. Im in the process of buying a house I cannot afford to have any non-payments on my Credit bureau report.
I would really appreciate it if you can sort this matter out and reverse ALL the interest that has been charged on my account because my account has never been in arrears!!!
I look forward to your reply and resolution of my problem. I will wait until Friday before contacting my Attorney.
