Nedbank
INFORMATION NOT UPDATED WITH ITC

My account with NEDBANK was settled in full December 2011
I have requested ITC report 2 May 2013 and shows that a balance of R4004 is still outstanding and that the account is still open. Nedbank sent me a letter to confirm that the account was closed and settled in full.
Then why is this not removed from ITC and shows an outstanding balance???
I am fed up!!! Please sort this out! I want this sorted and removed from my ITC records immediately.
