More trouble than it's worth

I am completely shocked at the level of service that I receive from Essential Med. I don't receive call backs when promised. I hardly ever get responses to my e-mails. I have been struggling to get a claim pay-out since 16 August '13, even though Essential Med receives my premium on time every month. Now I hear that if I choose to cancel my policy, that only GP visits will be covered during the last month of cover. No where in the terms and conditions does it state anything about limited cover. Now I am told that I will be covered, but Essential Med wil 'manage' my cover. What does that mean? I sent a letter stating that I am not happy with that... still no response. Maybe now that I am airing my dirty laundry I will get a response from Essential Med?
