FURIOUS OVER NON PAYMENTS - PATHETIC SERVICE

I am absolutely furious! I have complained twice on Hellopeter about my claims that doesn't get paid, and i just get promised payment will be made soon. Some of the accounts have finally been paid, except for pathcare and my specialist. They only paid a small amount of the invoice for Pathcare. I sent in proof that Essential Med does indeed cover the bloodwork i went for, and Elize confirmed it and said it will be paid. This account has been outstanding since June 2013 and they have handed me over! It is now February 2014 and nothing! She rarely replies to my emails. I have other accounts outstanding since December. No one gets back to me! My specialist also never received payment after they sent in all documentation requested by Essential Med.

I need answers now. I want Mike to personally call me on this matter urgently. Why cant someone just pick up the phone and call me? Please can Essential Med just PAY MY CLAIMS AS PROMISED???

Why does it always have to lead to Hellopeter for someone to respond? I have cancelled my policy. I am very unhappy about the service i received and even more unhappy now that the service is even worse since i cancelled my policy.
