After I complained 2 times about Essential med the CEO of Essential med still haven't responded to my complaints. I have given them up to the Ombudsman and the medical complaints department as well and still no luck. This is by far the worst customer service anyone will ever get. I'm still waiting for my reimbursement from 4 months ago! Every time the excuse is that is was given to someone else to pay and they'll check on the process. At least I got one person to handle my stuff now, Glenisse. She has been help full and it sounded like she was going to sort my stuff out but I guess I was wrong. She tells me she'll phone me back but I always end up phoning her back, after 3 or 4 days... So Michael Smith, CEO of Essential med, can you please get the guts to phone your clients back, the ones that pays for you cars, house and food on your table, and explain to me why is my stuff taking forever, what is being done about my situation and when is my reinbusrment going to be finally payed into my account.
