No feedback or response received from essential me

Good day
i would like to formally query Essential Meds poor response time on their website
when you click on the contact essential med tab and fill in your query, you will receive and automated response stating that they received your response and will contact you soon. i have filled in this response twice now once on 25/06/2013 and 02/07/2013 requesting my tax certificate from them as i have not received it. i have still not received an email from them at All.

i have no problem with the company, they are very good and offer alot of value. i have cancelled my policy with them in the beginning of the year because of a specific service offered that was a little ambiguous and i ended up paying for the procedure myself.

i honestly would just like them to respond when you contact them.
