OVER-BILLED ON PREMIUM & FAILURE TO RETURN MY CALL

I've been with Mutual & Federal for over a year now & I've been a great client to them. I've never claimed & my debit orders always go through successfully. With that being said, I assumed that my premium will reduce at least after a year but instead it increased by about R80 without them even bothering to inform me, which doesn't make sense to me that the premium goes up instead of down for a client like me. I then logged a complaint on their website on 30/05/13 (12days) ago & up till now I haven't received any feedback so I then called the call center on 06/06/13 & spoke to Vuyo Sithole who said "he can't assist me but will get someone to call me back" guess what? I'm still waiting for the call. I then logged another complaint yesterday morning & I'm still waiting. On both complaints I asked them to come back to me soon, so that if my premium doesn't go down or at least to where it was, I can change to another insurance company but they just ignored me. I don't know what to do anymore but I'm not happy at all
