End of February I had a debit order put through earlier than usual returned by M&F.I then took the time to call them as I realised from my statement it hadn't gone off. I made a request for a forced debit to be made in my account which wasn't made. One of the consultants agreed to the request & said they would put it through immediately. She then offered to call me back later in the day when I made a request to have my monthly premium discounted, but that call did not materialise.days later I was debited R300 & when I made a call to establish why that was, I was again given a story & told that they would call me back. No call backs were made in the next few weeks-until the morning of the 27/03/2013 when I received a debit notification of almost double my monthly insurance premium that had gone off from my account (an amount that was never agreed on with me). Its concerning the M&F debited my acc without my permission (R300 and R2149 & until today I am yet to receive a contact from them regarding the above mentioned matter. This issue has proven a financial inconvenience & has also left me with a bitter impression towards mutual & Federal. Iam forced to consider taking my business elsewhere.
