I saw the Ad saying we beat your premium, I filled out a form and waited for the call.

Man was I sorry when I received the call. A rude guy telling me I have already got a quote so I said no I requested one and didn't receive it and that's how I ended up with my current insurer.

He then proceed to give me a premium of twice that of mine and basically said that I deserve such amount as I am young, I clearly pointed out that I am young therefore earn a young salary and it is not beneficial for me to pay twice as much.

He then said I must remember quality of service, clearly as now I am grateful for my current insurer whom understands that the young generation also needs cover as they want to prolong the life of their. My insurer helps the community.

I have now had about 15 missed calls from OUTSURANCE as I said to them such bad service deserves a Hello. Peter report, now they want to repent.

Utterly disgusted when the call centre consultants said he has been doing this for 10 years and insinuated that I should be grateful for his help and that they even willing to help me.
OUTSURANCE remember - Customer service - the customer is always right.
