Hi Peter

I had a loan with Capitec Bank long time ago. I defaulted on the account but I managed to settle it and I have a proof of settlement. My concern is, they still sending me message saying that I owe them and my account is in arrears. I don't understand why they keep on saying that I owe them while I paid them in full. This needs to be sorted out because I don't want to see my name listed on credit bureau for nothing.
