Paid arrears in full a Year ago!!!

To whom it may concern...

December 2012 I paid my arrears with Capitec, while I am actively still using the account for my salary I'm still handed over on my account, look I get it that you are not going to trust me again, but do you have to hold this over my head indefinitely.

I would like to know who to deal with to get this sorted, and get our relationship back on track I really don't want to switch banks as I am happy where I am.
