LACK OF URGENCY ON MY CLAIM

I am really disappointed in the manner in which my claim has bee handled and am actually thinking of taking it up with your higher authority. Firstly no 1 is returning my calls when I leave messages and whatever the reasons are, I am not impressed.

the consultant who was supposed to constantly update Budget car hire with regards to extension of car hire days didn't do so and instead I was the one who was constantly being harassed buy budget because they never got any updates.

and secondly, I have exhausted my car hire days (30) with 1st for woman and I am currently having to pay for a hired car out of my own pocket and it doesn't seem like the company is making this case a priority. I mean for 's sake my car has been under their administration for a month and a week now and no one is putting any sense of urgency on this case. Instead I keep getting excuses everyday when I call Techton (penal beaters)

I am not happy about this and something needs to be done or I will obliged to take this matter further. I am sick of all these excuse that I am being fed left right and centre & I am not having it anymore. Some 1 needs to pay for all these expenses I'm incurring.
