I cannot believe that when you have been with an insurance company for so many years that they can treat you as though you don't matter. I am disgusted with the service and attitude I am receiving. Firstly I got an attitude of its not their problem if my accident happened over the festive season and that the panel beaters will not be available so sort my car out before my vehicle hire days expire as I only apparently have 15 days on my policy. I then asked if it would be ok to have a break in the hire as I was going on leave and didn't need the car over the holiday. I then took the car back on 20/12/12 and I was told I would receive my deposit within 7 working days, I still don't have that. I called to re-book the balance of the my days owing and when I went to collect it, there was not booking. I then called Cindy who insisted it had been done and Mbali from car hire said it was not. I was then told I must pay for delivery if I want them to drop the car off. I refused as the mess up was on their side and I went to collect. I still don't have a car and I have to repay a deposit of R750 which I was not refunded to me. SHOCKING!!! This is the service you get for loyalty!!!
