BAD Explanation, Uninformed consultant

I am a client to King price, had an accident with the client of Budget insurance, my car is due for repairs and I am told it will take about 1-5 days to fix, I need a car during this period. I have a car hire option in my policy but KING PRICE says they wont hire it as BUDGET is paying my claim. BUDGET says they wont hire it as my option is not for BUSINESS...

I DONT understand why I am paying for car hire option when I am going to be strunded for a week.
