Irritating Call Centre agents

I opened a revolving loan with Standard Bank 3 years ago and was never behind on payments. I utilise the money from time to time and somethimes I pay lump sums into it when I have extra frunds. A few months ago I paid the full outstanding amount of R43500.00 back to the bank, but they still deducted the debit order of R1228.00 (which I sent back). Now they say I am behind on payments (apparently - R450). Call Centre agents phone me three times a day each and every day of the week and this is highly irritating. I wanted to go to the bank today but it was too busy (I was 18th in the queue and the agent at Northgate branch wasnt too friendly either as he said they are closing at 1 and that I will be assisted before then - I left and did not speak to anyone about it yet. I do not want to be contacted ever again by you as a bank as I am not behind and neither do I wish to wait in any line to sort this out. Please investigate as this is totally unacceptable and poor customer service. Thank you
