STANDARD BANK DOESNT HELP!!!

I went to Standard Bank Pretoria North on Saturday 2 November 2013 because I was 2 months behind with my loan payment due to the fact that I didnt have a job. I was fortunate enough to get employment from 17 October 2013 permanently. I went to the customer consultant and told her what my position was and she said that I have to pay the arrears as well as the installment they cannot accommodate me at all by putting the 2 installments as extra installments with my current loan account. She was very rude. On my overdraft the Teller made a mistake by reversing an amount of R3000 which took me over my limit. In that case they also just wanted the funds. I said I'll pay an amount per month. I think that the attitude of the Standard Bank Pretoria North totally is of bad taste an if I can take my loan over to another bank I will do it without hesitation. Standard Bank has really showed me today how bad a bank they are. I cannot even put the exact time because I didnt have a watch there. Just disappointment!!! Have a look at my pay record!

I went to Capitec with the same problem. They immediately changed my loan to 2 extra payments and problem was solved with a friendly face!!!
