Bank won't write off my debt

I had a loan wit Capitec Bank, which I paid up in November 2011 and I got confirmation letter from VeriCred Collections that my debt was fully paid up (VCB09413693) but I am still getting calls and SMSs from R Daly Attornies (Ref 4396710) saying that I must make payments towards this debt. According to them, I still owe - R700 which I fully dispute.
Please assist.
