I just wish to thank Patricia Melthafa for continuously rendering a great service to my company First Option Electrical.
Patricia gave me her direct line so that I can contact her directly when I need assistant with my businesses policy. What impresses me the most is that whenever I call her, she addresses me in my name [Mr Nkosi] before I even tell her who I am; she just identifies my voice immediately. This really makes me feel special and part of the budget insurance family.
Patricia, your enthusiastic attitude is highly appreciated and you just make it easy for one to communicate with you, and all your feedback's are on time as per promise made and you also return my calls as per arrangement. You refer to me as Sir whenever you send me an e-mail, I've grown to like this tittle so much, and I even told my employees to start addressing me as such, thanks to you lol.
