Harassment without any response to questions

After months of e-mails, phone calls and text messages from Vericred I have run out of options to try and express my anger and total frustration of exactly what i must do to try and find out how to resolve a query that i and the company who are meant to have a bad debt have no record of.

Vericred send me and a friend of mine countless communications to claim for a "supposed" outstanding medical account debt. I have spoken to all areas of the hospital I was in for a head injury over 18 months ago and all departments have confirmed that there is NO outstanding debts.

When i request information from the various unhelpful, unqualified people who call me from Vericred demanding settlement of this unknown debt, they continue to promise without delivering to send me a copy of the statement. When i finally receive the report (fourth time of asking), this says nothing more than the hospitals name and an amount which includes hundreds rands worth of charges for telephone calls, e-mails (which i have NEVER received) and text messages.

Before you "take legal proceedings", as per your text's you could give me some info as to what i am in debt for as I nor the hospital have any idea..!!!
