Re our previous complaint - even after FNb said someone would respond and after 2 query submissions via FNB online, we are yet to hear from them. It doesn't help to respond and then do nothing - next stop Banking Services Ombudsman- banks should not be allowed to bend the rules so it fits them.

Original complaint:
We are in a legal battle with a 3rd party regarding an FNB credit card / at this time FNB already sold the problem on / last week we realized they just gave access to the 3rd party to draw money on another separate not related account without permission from us, our lawyer or anyone. In essence FNB colluded with the 3rd party to manipulate dates & payments to their advantage during an open case.
