Balance on accounts not reducing

Still no acceptable response on my previous complaint.

Received an email from Standardbank with statements up and to 2012.

Asked for the matter to be escalated, and a week later still no response.

Almost 12000 and 8000 of payments were made which is not reflecting anywhere.

Meantime I am blacklisted for NON PAYMENT??

3 weeks since my initial complaint and a still dont know what the exact balance is on my 2 accounts. All their responses are doing is giving me statements which is useless and referring me to debt collecting agencies, which I refuse to talk to

My account and subsequent contract is with Standard Bank not with any other 3rd party.

How can you expect more payments if you can not explain where my money has gone to. Proof of payments were submitted, and I expect someone to get to the bottom of this now
